Kristina Scott deeply cares about Alabama's future. She does not focus on deficits. Instead, she embraces possibilities and opportunities. She is the executive director of Alabama Possible, a statewide nonprofit organization headquartered in Birmingham that removes barriers to prosperity through advocacy, education and collaboration.
Kristina is a powerful advocate for workforce development in the region and across the state. She also directs statewide efforts to promote college access and success with a strong emphasis on promoting the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Her thought leadership has prompted nonprofits, institutions of higher education and elected leaders (at the local, state and federal levels) to think differently about the ways in which we talk about college and prepare a future workforce.
